Colchester rock four-piece CHASIN VEGAS have recently released their latest single Blue Eyed Skies.
With the current line-up forming in mid 2015 after meeting via a band website, Chasin Vegas are predominantly influenced by the likes of Oasis, The Stone Roses and The Verve, but as individuals there are a whole lot more.
“After one rehearsal as a four-piece we knew this was it, we were going to work hard to write an original album and put it out there, we’re now on our way to achieving that.”
Blue Eyed Skies, impresses throughout. From the distinctive, clear, vocals to the impressive guitar solo at the end, I was instantly drawn in. The track is current, and has a melancholic, chilled out sound. This is a perfect song to wind down to after a long day!
If you’re a fan of the likes of The Verve, Noel Gallagher, and Stereophonics, get this on your playlists!
With an album of completed material in the pipeline, and 2 further singles to be released in the coming months, 2016 is looking to be a big year for Chasin Vegas!
The band also have at least 8 festivals lined up for the summer, with some of them even being main stage performances, along with a headline slot at Homegrown Festival, Bury. They’re also going to be supporting The Hoosiers, Toploader, and The Feeling… it is clear they’re working hard to get out there!
I can’t wait to hear more from this band, and if you want to find out more… you can find the band on social media here:
