Gazelle are a four-piece band hailing from Leicester, made up of working-class lads trying to make their mark on todays music scene by writing, what they describe to be, real music. Their biggest achievement to date was a sold-out headline show in their hometown at Leicester’s O2 Academy in 2017.

Latest track ‘Guilt Trip Gun’, which was released on March 22nd, has already racked up over 7500 for the unsigned Leicester outfit. The track has since had radio play on stations such as BBC Introducing and Radio X as This Feelings track of the week. ‘Guilt Trip Gun’ is a guitar heavy tune from a band wanting to help bring back guitar music in an industry of pop culture. Not only is it a great song but all proceeds from downloads of the track are being donated by the band to the Royal British Legion, which is incentive enough to give it a listen.

The band’s sound takes influence from other artists such as The Enemy, The Twang and The Rifles and I would highly encourage fans of these band to give Gazelles a listen.
The band have just come off a UK tour making stops in Liverpool, Nottingham and Birmingham among others, extended by a mini tour with This Feeling, playing gigs in hometown Leicester and Camden, London.

The only place to see the band this summer so far is another huge O2 Academy gig on May 18th, but with the recent publicity the band are receiving I’m confident other shows and maybe a few festival slots will be announced soon.
